Individually foil-wrapped — 80/20 2.5oz beef patty on a toasted brioche bun, American cheese, Island sauce, pickle & grilled onion. Fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato) packed cold separately. Built hot, packed tight in an insulated box. 1 Full Tray of Smash Fries - Large tray of Smash Fries (serves 40) — broiled, halved, breaded, smashed flat and double-fried. Hot and ready to eat. Fresh Topping packet - Shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and jalapeños packed cold and separate — guests add to taste, toppings stay crisp. Condiment Pack - Island sauce and ketchup.
